Q: Are your products truly handcrafted?
A: YES! We value ourselves as an emerging artisan bath & body care business and all of our products are handcrafted and inspected by our small team. 

Q: Are your products organic?
A: Our products are not certified organic however we do use unrefined and organic ingredients when possible. Ingredients that are 100% organic will be notated on product pages and labels under Ingredient info with an *asterisk. 

Q: Do you use preservatives in your products?
A: We use an all natural preservative in most of our products that may come in contact with water this mainly includes our nourishing body scrubs. All other products that we craft are preservative free. 

Q: Are your products made to order?
A: Yes, All our our products are made to order in small batches for complete freshness. 

Q: What is the shelf life of Skin Flo products?
A: The shelf life varies from product to product and are listed on our product labels. If you have a question about a specific question about a product please contact us.

Q: Where is Skin Flo located?
A: Skin Flo products are dreamed up, crafted and shipped from Fort Worth, Texas. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer returns and exchanges on sealed (security shrink wraps intact) and unopened product(s) within 7 days of receipt of delivery to your home. After 7 days there are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are required to pay for shipping in an event that you would like to return/exchange a product(s).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: When an order is placed and shipped, you should receive an email with the order number and tracking as well as a link to pull up tracking through our shipping parters.

Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Current free standard shipping on orders $50+ applies to orders shipped to the continental US only. Please note: this is subject to change at anytime.

POLICIES

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At Skin Flo we work hard to find the right shipping supplies and product packaging. We pack everything up carefully and in the most secure way possible. However, once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

COVID-19 POLICY AND WHAT WE'RE DOING

It looks like Covid-19 is not going anywhere and is here to stay. At the Skin Flo headquarters we are doing everything we can to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a reasonably, timely manner. All of our wonderful staff members are fully vaccinated against the virus and we follow strict protocols to keep our lab, product packaging and shipping materials clean and sanitized. Any product(s) that are returned/exchanged will be disposed of and not resold. We love our customers and want you to know that your safety and health is our number one priority!

Skin Flo reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical product specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Skin Flo has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Skin Flo shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
