All of our products are made to order. We ask that you allow 3 - 5 business days for your product to be made and 2 - 4 business days for shipping. We ship USPS Priority however due to Covid-19 shipping may be delayed a few days by the United States Postal Service system.
Free shipping on orders $50 and over within the United States. No code necessary.
Shipping is within the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for customs fees should they occur. International orders have to go through customs and can take up to four weeks to arrive once they are shipped.
Once your order is shipped out you should receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number or having problems tracking your order please contact us.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges can be given once your order has been shipped. We do offer deluxe travel size products of our line of bath and body products so that you can try them out before purchasing the larger full size items.
Although we do not offer returns or exchanges, we will offer a replacement or a store credit in certain circumstances. If you have an issue or concern about your purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
